RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges on any undamaged, unused items up until 14 business days from the day you received your order; after 14 business days, all sales are final.
-Returns must include all original receipts, tags and accompanying packaging.

Please email shop@FruitenVeg.com for a Return Authorization Code before returning or exchanging items.
-We suggest to use insurance and a tracking number for the return goods in order to avoid situations of lost or mishandled by the courier parcels.
Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received.
-Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process.
If any delivered products were received damaged or have manufacturing faults, please contact us immediately at: shop@FruitenVeg.com. Please state the nature of the problem and enclose a photo of the faulty item. Claims for refunds have to be made within 14 business days from the day you received your order; after 14 business days, all sales are final.
We offer repairs on defective merchandise for up to 1 year after purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for repair inquiries.
